Not To Current Standards and Warning Notices Generator

Enables gas engineers to electronically generate Warning Notices and Not to Current Standards Notices for domestic, industrial and commercial users of gas appliances.

Conforms to UK legislation, approved Codes of Practice and guidance as it relates to the inspection and use of gas appliances, detail of which can be found in the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (GSIUR) as amended.

The Gas Forms App includes basic functions for gas engineers to record details of owners, tenants, landlords and Agents of premises, identify multiple appliances with issues, take photographs of locations and the appliances concerned, record signatures of those involved and indicate where issue(s) will be reported to RIDDOR.

A PDF of the completed form is transmitted to nominated email addresses, for example the Engineer and the customer. Photographs and completed details are stored in the Cloud for later retrieval, and all information is available for audit and retrieval of any of the information provided.
