Gentle Builders - User

Demande de Gentle Builders pour automatiser le travail de la construction.

We are making an application which is a client-based application. This application is for a

company named Gentle Builders. In this application we will have a portfolio of that

company and its owner. In the portfolio there will be options like design, rates, material

used in construction for example pipes, wires and minor things for construction and their

costs.

Construction of New Projects

As soon as the user downloads the application and one can choose the area in square ft

for the construction. There will be a user interface where the information will be entered

according to the requirements of the user as per square ft of the area. When the user

selects the area from the given option, our database will show the designs according to the

area user has selected. There will be another option in which users will pick the design and

can customize the design. Customizing any design will show the estimated cost.

Users can bring their own design from architects and can discuss it with the Project

Manager. There will be a portfolio of the architects in which the information related to

them will be given like name, contact number, email address, past experience.

A further option will be there for booking or reservations and users will further have

meetings with the project manager through the application.

There will be a project manager who will visit the area of construction with the site

manager/ Assistant. User requirements will be locked and through the application a

proposal will be sent to the user where the navigation of the construction site will be given

and the project will be locked according to the timeline and the project will be in a process

state.

Site Manager and Project Manager will daily or weekly update the progress of the project

on the application so that users could easily check through the help of the application.

Users can give feedback according to the progress of their project. This procedure will

continue until the project turns inside Manager will regularly upload a video of 3 to 5MBs

for the user to check the progress of their project.

Consulting of Architects

There will be a portfolio of the architects in which the information related to them will be

given like name, contact number, email address, past experience.

Users can select an architect of their own choice according to the portfolio of the architects

given in our application. Project managers will contact the architect selected for the design

and the requirements given by the user for their project through the application.

When the design is selected and the completion of drawing, a meeting will be arranged

between the Project Manager and the user. Terms and Conditions will be discussed and

the cost of the construction will be discussed. Written agreement will be signed by the user

and the project manager before starting the project.

Materials used in the construction will have their rates in the given lists.

Structure Design

Elevation Design

Interior Design

Two option will be given for the interior designing

Users can also give the ideas and designs to the PM

Users can come along to choose the interior designs of their project.

Maintenance of Buildings or Houses

This application will have two options.

1. Maintenance of projects turned in by this application.

2. Maintenance of projects for new users.

Users will send the information of maintenance to be done in the project through an

option in this application.

All the labors will have their portfolio in which there will be all the information related to

them for example phone numbers, names, experience and no. of projects done.
