In 0.45.4.5:
• Added option to copy or share current location.
• Added sample JSON files for Users, Projects and SD card path.
In 0.4.5.4:
• Added altitude correction based on Earth Gravitational Model EGM96, created by NGA (former NIMA).
• Detailed list of visible GPS satellites and their characteristics (strength, elevation, azimuth…).
• Option for using predefined list of Users and Projects in JSON file.
• Fixed bug with display of Terms of Service and Warning message on some devices.
