Gnome Dash coming in with a magical update!

- Keep Rainbow Fire Mode going for 35+ seconds and get rewarded with Golden Skull Tokens
- When asked to revive you can now tap the timer to skip
- Pink Buzz: short tutorial and a few added SFX
- Fairy Tap pump up with added SFX and easier to tap gassy whales
- Added Magic suggestions in some quest descriptions
- Smelly bug fixes
