Cant Update it

Dear admin ... I just play this game for this year ...its make me felt like i was an fantasy char .. but today i just update it ... and still i cant play it or open it ... why was that happen ...? i allready try with reboot device then clear cache or so on ... i had follow the details still nothing happen plz help me .. i dont how to contact u guys ... plz admin plz solve this problem ...
