Messaging App that groups with user defined templates

The primary aspect of the project is to develop a standalone CRM app in android platform for freelancers. The app should be able to send predefined text messages to the customers in accordance with their level of communication. For each level, the app has to present different templates of text messages for each customer which is more relevant to the business dealings that they have with the freelancer. The app has to integrate itself with the contacts and default messaging service in the phone. The app has to keep track all the customers and also their level of communication so that it can generate templates based on those information.
