HANDY HEALTH LOG is a simple app for recording your personal health care events. It's a lot easier jotting them in this app than a spiral notebook, and a lot easier to carry around, too!

This first version of the app lets you record any of the following events or readings:

Blood pressure reading

Exercise session

Glucose reading (blood sugar)

Prescription (Rx)

Temperature

Weight

Information entered into Handy Health Log can be exported to a CSV file on your Android device, which you can copy to a desktop or laptop computer for further processing using your favorite spreadsheet program.

You may also import a CSV file with the information delimited by vertical bars. This is the best way to "seed" the application with starter data, or to restore data should you change Android devices in the future.

Straightforward, simple, and uncomplicated, Handy Health Log makes it possible for you to watch key metrics your doctor or primary care physician may want you to watch - or lets you track trends in your own health life.
