A passionate cricketer, Hardik Pandya was born on 11 October 1993 in Surat City, Gujarat. Hardik Pandya's family includes his father - Himanshu Pandya, his mother - Nalini Pandya and his brother- Krunal Pandya (who is also a cricketer - a left handed batsman). Hardik Pandya belongs to a humble family wherein his father ran a small car finance business in Surat. Hardik's family has supported him a lot. They shifted from Surat to Vadodara in order to provide better cricket coaching to their sons - Hardik and Krunal. In Vadodara, the two brothers were enrolled in Kiran More's Cricket Academy for better training. Hardik Pandya studied in MK High School till ninth grade and then dropped out for his cricket career.

Cricket Career

Hardik Pandya's passion for cricket is unsurpassed. He has been a key contributing player in innumerable matches for Team India wherein through his fearless style of smashing boundaries had led India to the path of victory. Hardik Pandya has played a pivotal role in not only International Cricket but domestic cricket as well. He has been playing for Baroda Cricket Team since 2013. He is a prominent player of the "IPL breed". In Indian Premier League season of 2015, he managed to score 21 runs off 8 balls. Not only this, he even grabbed three crucial catches for Mumbai Indians which helped them score a victory against Chennai Super Kings. Hardik Pandya made his One Day International ( ODI ) debut on 16 October 2016 at Dharamshala. In 2013- 2014, smasher Hardik Pandya played a pivotal role in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. At the age of 22, Hardik Pandya made his Twenty 20 International debut against Australia.
