We've made a couple of important changes to your team’s weekly Jobvibe check-in.

The Vibe question is now “How was work this week?” and we also now ask “What could we improve?” instead of “What didn’t go so well?”. We’ve always believed regular feedback can facilitate powerful improvements in your team, and these changes support that vision.
