Fixes/Improvements
- overall performance increased
- drag and drop "glitchiness" minimized
- now fully fixed (and re-added) hiding apps from the "All" folder
- drag from "All" folder to any other one re-added.
- decreased lagging lists
- decreased icon "flashing" in several situations
- more "direct" drag/drop (as in: grabbing at the touch point instead of center)
- Some nice drag/drop animations
- Search: contains() instead of startsWith()

Possible fixes
- fixed disappearing icons and pages
