This free interval timer was developed for athletes by athletes. HR Interval Timer can be used as a simple interval timer for various workouts like sparring sessions or HIIT with or without heart rate monitoring. Several presets are available: amateur boxing, professional boxing, MMA, TABATA, HIIT and EMOM.

However, we highly recommend using this interval timer in conjunction with a heart rate chest sensor. Application is compatible with all known Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth BLE) heart rate sensors.

When using interval timer with Bluetooth (BLE - Bluetooth Smart) heart rate monitor, interval timer can provide warning when heart rate is out of the user defined zones both: during work and during rest periods. Interval timer will also let you know if you achieved a critical heart rate value, so your HIIT, TABATA or Boxing sessions will be more smart, effective and safe.

We recommend putting your phone nearby workout location with screen on to have all required information easily accessible, however this interval timer can be also used in background regime with all notifications available.

Music fade out function will let you enjoy your favorite music during training, as none of the notifications will be missed.
