This app is the product of a research that shows the results of an investigation process leading to the design and application of twelve (12) sequential didactic activities, organized in three modules in a hybrid educative application, thought as instrument to improve the argumentative writing and oral competence in the International English Exam IELTS General by Olga Andrea Pedroza Rojas to obtain the Master's Degree in E-learning offered by "Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga" and "Universidad Oberta de Catalunya".
