Incisive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a complete business management system. It has a wide range of features suitable for many businesses particularly distributed businesses in wholesale, distribution and manufacturing.

Following are the feature set of INCISIVEERP. :

*Inventory Management:

This feature keeps track of details of all the available stock like Part Code, Description , Location and quantity of stock. New stock can also be added when navigating to the Add Stock Screen. Here, we have to provide a UNIQUE item code and fill other details in order to get the stock item added!

*Sales:

This feature enable us to order any sales by providing details of customer who wants to buy the product. All details related to that product need to filled.

Sales Report Screen enables you to view all the orders placed.

*General Ledger

This feature consists of two subparts:

1 Chart of Account:

in chart of account we can see complete details of Accounts by fields Accounts, Account Name, and Group of Account

2 Trial Balance:

In trail balance screen we can see complete details of payable of respective account by Accounts Code , Account Name, and Actual Amount of a certain Account.

*Assets

In Assets screen we have details of Assets which is helpful for maintaining proper records.More assets can be added by providing proper Asset description, and other details along with a serail number for that asset.

*Reports

This screen is sub categorized by following screens:

-Customer Report Screen (Contains details of Customer).

-BOM Report Screen (Contains a detailed view of BOM Reports).

-Sales Order (Shows a list of Sales Order).

Vendor Report (Contains detail of our Vendors ).
