Incoming Number Guess

Guesses unrecognised incoming calls, based on similar numbers in your contacts

Have a phone number in your contacts for one person in a company, but sometimes get calls from other numbers at the same company? This application helps when these unrecognised numbers call, by looking for similar numbers in your contact list.

Ideal when you have the number for one person at a company, and you get a call from another person at the same company.

If the a contact is found with a company name, it is shown with the contact's name in brackets. If a contact is found without a company name, then the contact's name is shown by itself.

The resulting message is shown in the centre of the screen whilst the call is incoming.

Future improvements planned include the ability to customise how close the matching contact has to be (currently looks for contact with all but the last three digits matching).
