In this Act, “cotton fabrics”, “silk fabrics”, “man-made fabrics” and “wool tops” shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in Items Nos. 19,20,21,22, and 43 of the First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944.
