ixMeter utilise la caméra de votre appareil pour numériser et lire automatiquement mètres

ixMeter is an app that uses the camera of the mobile device for scanning and reading meters (e.g. electricity meters, gas meters, water meters) automatically. Just place the counter display of the meter inside the viewfinder rectangle, and you will get the reading result as plain text within seconds.

If the app wasn't able to recognize a single digit it will be displayed as "x". The result string can be edited manually afterwards in order to correct false results. When the user confirms the string it will be saved in the history, together with a snapshot of the meter reading. The history is accessible via the menu.

Optionally, the camera light of the mobile device can be used to illuminate the meter in case of bad light conditions.
