Optimizations
- Reduced item price in the shop.
- Material Pack will give several materials instead of only one material.
- Adjusted the required upgrading time for some buildings.
- Canceled building population requirements.
- The city which is plundered will come to 'under war', this debuff will reduce the Basic Production.
- Payment UI, VIP UI optimized.

Bug Fix
- Changed the mark for the current city in the world map.
- Fixed random teleport destination bug.
- Other bugs fixed.
