A lot of changes for the 1.0!

Onboarding page
> Fixed the horrible lag on the onboarding page by using smaller images
> Preloading of the bg image
> Fixed the name textfield
> Better continue button

Menu
> New redesigned menu page (now a NavigationDrawer)
> Change your profile image in the menu by clicking on it
> Long-click to remove it
> Simple about screen

Other
> The app now asks if you want to rate the app when you get close to the end of the tasks list
