-Added halloween hats to the Gem shop, you can also buy a halloween key which allows you to fight the Halloween boss which drops more new hats

-You can now skip the whole tutorial if you tap the 'skip tutorial'-button during the tutorial

-Fixed warping to first map starting the tutorial again and some other small bugs
