LIVEb4buy Merchant App offers LIVEb4buy store owners an unique way of managing and improving user experience for their store and load audio samples for each and every product in their store. Our aim is to mimic a simple management App where the merchant can record audio files related to individual product requests either by themselves or directly from their customer. These recorded audio samples can then be uploaded to private secure servers where they will be stored and analysed for improving the functionalities and product recognizing capabilities of the LIVEb4buy services and also for improving the product itself based on the customer’s requirements. This will enable the store owner to closely monitor and improve the user experience from their suggestions and request pattern/structure for each type of product in the store.

Our aim is to bring forth a simple user friendly application to maintain store specific customer and user details securely.
