Language Enabler Pro activate all supported Samsung languages and keyboard inputs. Since many rom of Android have not full set of language system ,sometimes it is very hard to set the language you want in your phone.Or if the custom locale function in menu don't support your language,you can try this application !

Starting with Android 4.2, the permission to change your system language became protected.

With ENABLE LANGUAGE application ,it is very easy to change the system language and applications.

If you are familiar with Android developments tools, then you can grant the required permission to the App without Root, by executing this command through usb "adb -d shell pm grant (Language Enabler Pro) android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION"

If you have Root access on your device then Language Enabler can automatically do it for you.
