The MIS major prepares students for such entry level positions as IT Management by providing them with a
thorough grounding in the principles of information system design and construction. The MIS
curriculum includes coverage of design and implementation of MIS, networks and data
communications, managerial decision making, and managerial aspects of organizational
information systems.
