Mast - a second phone number

Due to service changes, this app is a mandatory upgrade for users on a trial to continue to use the Mast service.
Mast has a separate messaging app for work/personal messages, to make it easier to find you can now launch it from the Phone app.
Various bug fixes to improve the app stability and eliminate multiple requests to make the messaging app the default.
Added Support to Message using Gifs.
Fix problem with getting prompt for international calls when dialing some local calls
