Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version 1.2

Version 1.2 of Mat: ZTL has arrived! In this version we have:
- fixed some bugs
- for devices from Android 8 onwards a notification has been added to always know when the service is active even if the app is not opened
- added link on the map to always know which cities are covered
- added link to phone battery optimization management, for systems with 3 GB of RAM or less the request appears automatically
- improved accuracy for the city of Parma
