It features an integrated messenger advice function which gives those seeking advice direct access to the Migration Advice Service for Adult Immigrants MBE in North Rhine-Westphalia, a central advisory and support centre for people in Germany with migration backgrounds. Through the chat messenger, the MBE’s trained professionals offer quick, unbureaucratic help with those issues and problems that come with living in a new place.
