• No matter whether you're doing a weight loss exercise or muscle building, one of the most important things one needs to keep in mind is that without healthy eating and good nutrition, one's fitness program is next to pointless. Without fuel, one's body will not perform nicely and won't reach the desired goals;

• A common mistake in beginner workout is pushing yourself too hard. Keep in mind that you need to rest properly. Your muscles grow between sessions, not while you're working out, so put together the nicest way to rest for your body between the body workout sessions;

• Don't try to work out with something too heavy for you. Keep your body under tension for a relatively long time, but if it's less than 30 seconds – you've definitely picked something too hard for yourself. • Reduce the rest time and exhaust yourself to improve the overall endurance of your body;

• Maintain proper form in your exercise for chest to make more progress;

• Leg workout is the ultimate way to burn fat. Use lots of exercise for legs to get rid of that belly of yours and make it flat. Legs have more mass and thus you can burn a lot more calories and fat than you have expected;

• Consider finding a friend for bodyweight workout or workout for chest because this will add a slight competitive edge to your workout sessions as well as keep yourself better-motivated and add some accountability for your progress;

• Slightly change your program to keep yourself interested and motivated. This is especially true when it comes to exercise for beginners and also fat loss workout. It's easy to get discouraged after several weeks or training, so it's also a good idea to think about ways to keep yourself interested and encouraged by setting short-term goals and working hard to reach them while keeping a simple long-term goal in mind;

• Keep yourself hydrated to improve your metabolism and also keep your organism healthy.
