This app was built for my partner who is currently doing the Slimming World diet plan and she wanted to make sure she was having her full Healthy Extra A (dairy) allowance. Sometimes she may just have a couple of cups of tea which would mean that she had not had her full dairy allowance.

It makes it very easy for her to decide how much cheese she can have as it is very important to have the full dairy intake. A simple slider between cheese and milk will vary quantities from one to the other.
