The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) is a high-level mental ability test used for assessing analytical skills that are critical to success in graduate education programs. Analogies are taken from a wide variety of subjects but help graduate schools identify candidates whose knowledge extends beyond mere memorization. The Miller Analogies Test is 60 minutes long with 120 analogies. Candidates are scored on a range of 200-600.
