Modern CleanCorrect is visual validation app targeted for Modern's franchisees, Regional Coordinator and Territory Manaers.
Franchisees:
1. Track assigned stores' tickets posted by StoreManager and track their resolutions for cleaning issues.
2. The ticket can be a photo ticket or just a simple text comment from the StoreManager.
3. The ticket will showcase details such as Ticket #, Store #, submit date & the current status.
Regional Coordinator AND Territory Managers:
1. RCs & TMs are able to track assigned stores for the PunchIn/PunchOut cleaner times.
2. They also track tickets for resolutions and the periodic tasks as well.
Latest feature allows all above 3 types of end-users to track GenericPunch times as well.
