App application “Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City XII Congress" is a useful tool specifically developed for the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City during the 12th Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Ho Chi Minh City, term 2024 - 2029. Application Bringing an impression to delegates when attending the Congress with features that bring many benefits; at the same time, aiming at development and innovation in digital transformation when organizing the Congress.

- Perform roll call scanning with QR code.

+ Step 1: On the main screen -> displays the starting congress session -> delegates click on the "Attendance" function (1)

+ Step 2: On the attendance function screen -> delegates click on the Qr icon (2)

+ Step 3: Insert the scanning frame into the QR code being projected on the screen to take attendance (3)

+ Step 4: After successful roll call -> an information frame of the delegate who just took roll will be displayed (4)

+ Step 5: On the roll call function screen -> delegates who have taken roll call will display a green icon (5)

- Create congress/Congress sessions and automatically arrange seats for each session, conveniently and scientifically for users.

- Providing and disseminating Congress documents, digitizing information exchange and registering delegates' speeches.

- Besides, the application provides a delegate welcome screen when delegates take attendance, giving a mark to Congress participants.

- The application provides a place to store documents related to the unit's operations.
