ABOUT MUTUA MATHEKA

Mutua Matheka is a top Kenyan photographer, who has focused his work on cityscapes, architecture and adventure. His photos capture the beauty of Africa and her cities in a fresh and unexpected way. There is always something new to be discovered through his work.

Mutua is best known for his capture of Nairobi, his home city with results that are richly detailed and scenic. Mutua has had his work featured on BBC, African Digital Art, MNET, NTV among other avenues putting both Kenya & Africa on the map. He has worked on photography-based campaigns with the UN Habitat, Samsung & Nokia among others.

He is currently working on "Mutua Matheka's Africa" a detailed account of major cities and sites in Africa after the success of his last Exhibition and soon to be publication "Mutua Matheka's Nairobi"
