After updating, please verify that it says: Jan 14, 2019 in the "About NavPak" panel. This is located below the main menu when you start the app. If the date shown is previous to Jan 14, then go to Settings->Apps->NavPak, delete the storage for the app, and reinstall it. This should be handled automatically by the App Store distribution system, however in some cases, it may not.
