The NHS Online: 111 app is for anybody aged 16 or over living, working or passing through certain parts of North, Central and West London.

If you are already registered as a user on the babylon health app, you can still use the NHS Online: 111 app, but you will need to register with a separate email account.

If you are already registered as a user on the “NHS 111 powered by babylon app”, you will still able to use the NHS Online North London app without any issues.
