The NMC notification APP is a tool for reporting/notifying notifiable medical conditions by all health professionals (nurses, doctors and pathologists). The APP allows for real-time reporting of infectious diseases, at point of diagnosis, to local, district, provincial and national Health Authorities, facilitating timely communication amongst all Communicable Diseases Control (CDC) personnel at various health levels. This APP includes a reporting dashboard showing infectious disease burden and trends.

You are able to:

• Notify diagnosed cases

• Trigger SMS and email alerts for notified cases

• View and/or update cases that you have notified and all information related to the case

• View all communication relating to NMC in your facility/region

• Print completed notification forms

• View anonymized epidemiology reports on NMC

• Download NMC related guidelines and training materials
