A full keys compact keyboard based on Android AOSP Keyboard (Google Keyboard)

Overlap Keyboard, a combination of a regular keyboard and a slide keyboard, provides a revolutionary input method based on Android AOSP Keyboard (Google Keyboard).

In addition to all the features of Android Keyboard, this keyboard not only keeps the regular keyboard layouts and the operations of the conventional keys, but also adds overlap keys for inputting letters, numbers and symbols. Overlap keys are usually not displayed in viewable shapes, but most of them are twice as big as a conventional key, so you can type easily, fast and accurately even with fat fingers on a small device.

A premium (or trial) version of this keyboard makes further improvement and provides a full keys compact keyboard layout to reduce the frequency of the switch among alternative keyboard layouts.

Overlap Keyboard Features:

+ Emoji entry point and layouts (Android 4.4, KitKat or later).

+ Letter key can still be input by a conventional tap on a familiar keyboard layout, or can also be activated by a directional swipe starting from an area twice as big as a conventional key area.

+ Number key can be input by an up-left or an up-right swipe without having to wait for a long press.

+ Custom key size and font color settings.

This version is based on Android Keyboard ( KitKat 4.4 ).

Premium version adds much more overlap keys which can be activated by either a directional swipe or a directional forward and reverse swipe.

These overlap keys include:

- lowercase and uppercase letters,

- numbers, punctuations and symbols,

- navigation (arrow) keys,

- backspace and delete keys,

- tab and escape keys.

You can speed up typing most keys without switching between keyboard layouts by pressing shift or num/sym key.
