P-Square are a Nigerian R&B duo composed of identical twin brothers Peter and Paul Okoye born 18 November 1981 (Age 33) Jos, Nigeria. Native of Ifite Dunu, Anambra State of Nigeria. They are Recording artist, singer, song-writer, performer, Instruments vocals. They produce and release their albums through Square Records and they have been active since 2003 till 2019.

Peter and paul Okoye of P-Square was born in Anambra state, eastern Nigeria. They grew up there before their parents later relocated to Jos, Plateau state, Northern Nigeria as revealed by P-Square Biography on BiographyRoom.com They identical twins got admission into the University of Abuja to study Business in 1999 where they reportedly studied Business Administration. Before that, they joined St Lumumba secondary school- a local catholic school that teaches music and drama. This is a music and drama group that create opportunities for youth to explore and manifest their talents for the world to see. Joining the group wasn’t a wast of time for the duo because they master their dance steps from the group back in the day. Right from the onset Peter and Paul has no doubt been talented and that has helped them to take over Nigeria music scene making them to dominate Nigeria Entertainment industry and African music world so to say . Their music career kick started in the year 2001 when they won the prestigious “Grab tha mic” show which was a talent hunt show sponsored by “Benson and Hedges”. After that, they released their debut album “Last Night” and release the second album titled “Get Squared” and right now they have released nothing less than 6 albums.

The identical twins Peter and Paul Okoye already successfully made music with friends during their college days in Jos, Nigeria but eventually formed their own group.

The break up of P Square

The break up of P Square Sadly, the break up of P Square a couple of years ago upset many of their fans. The two brothers did not leave music. They continue their careers individually. Peter is now known as Mr. P., and Paul’s stage name is King Rudy or Rudee Boy. Still, many of us miss them performing the best of P Square songs.
