In this new version we have improved overall chat design to make communication easier between customers and pros. We also redesigned how you see and submit new ratings to make straightforward and transparent.
For pros we substantially improve your ProCard's design and tools. You will find it much easier to share, send proposals and gather new ratings via ProCard. Also for pros, we have completely overhauled the customer requests screen with better search and customer follow up tools via chat.
