Placetalk is a voice track to the world, created by everyone. Record and explore location-pinned audio. Whether you are in everyday places or visiting for the first time, the app offers a new way to connect to your surroundings.

Create: In a few simple steps create voice recordings for your friends or audience to find in the location you choose. Posts are one minute or less, making it easy for people to stop and experience what you have created.

Invite people to follow you on the app so that when they arrive at a location, they will be notified and can listen in. All posts are public. Note: posts work accurately outside (not in buildings) and within range of mobile network.

Explore: Discover recordings and customize your experience by following the people and organizations you are interested in hearing from. Explore the map and set notifications to alert you when you have discovered something.

Voice recordings can be about all sorts of things.
