PointAR - Augmented Reality Induction Process

As part of Fujitsu Operation Innovation, my team and I addressed an underestimated issue during an induction day: integration.

PointAR is an augmented reality app where the user uses a either a personal device or a Fujitsu AR headset, and use the AR app to scan the surroundings and identify any signs around the premises. The app will display a 3D animation on screen showing the correct procedure of each sign, as well as providing real-time translations to the user's language. For example, when the app detects a sign about lifting properly heavy boxes, an animation of a character would appear on screen showing how to properly lift a box. Additionally, the user would be able to choose a different language and instantly translate signs.
