First, we'll begin with Lemon-Herb salad. The zest from the lemon enhances the tart metropolis mustard flavor during this salad. Kalamata olives give the proper bit of salt, and parsley, basil, and chives bring even a lot of interest to the current dish.

Lemon herb Potato Salad

Ingredients

Three quarters pound fingerling potatoes

One tablespoonful olive oil

1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel

One tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon

1/3 cup shredded arugula

2 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives

1 tablespoon shredded parsley

1 tablespoon shredded recent basil

1 tablespoon shredded fresh chives

Preparation

2 teaspoons of brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper powder

1/8 teaspoon of kosher salt

1/3 cup chopped green onions

Preparation
