This mobile app was designed by Ronda Zelezny-Green on Saturday May 4, 2013 as part of the requirements for the UMass-Boston INSDSG 655 Project in Multimedia course. This course is the final one to earn a graduate certificate in instructional design, and this mobile app represents my capstone submission. The Tanzanian employees of People to People Safaris (PPS), a US and Tanzanian for-profit organization, will be able to write informative and cohesive e-mail messages in response to: inquiries for how to arrange a People to People safari, child sponsor update requests, inquiries for how to volunteer with PPS, inquiries for how to perform research with PPS, offers to donate goods to PPS, and inquiries about how to purchase some of the products offered by PPS’s Community Wealth Generation division. This mobile app fully develops Lesson 3 of the course: Responding to Volunteer Inquiries, and was designed to be accessed by the adult learners/employees of PPS using mobile handsets as the channel of instruction delivery.
