The Project Management Board game is a product of Innovate Vancouver, a Technology and Business Consulting Service located in Vancouver, BC.

Use the board game to strengthen team cohesion, understanding of PMBOK best practices, integration management, and as a lightweight planning tool prior to initiating a project. The android app includes the following:

The project management board game is a prototype we used with a team when building a PMO and training teams. Using gamification principles, the board game supports team creativity and competition while allowing for the facilitator to adjust the exercise’s questions to fit the team’s experience level.

The game board is a PNG that is referenced throughout the team's board play. Download a copy, project it on the wall or table, and share it with the team for reference. Download several copies of the Android App for team players to follow along. Optional elements (not included with the app) include the following:

Gameplay takes approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the project narrative selected and the number of players. Additional free resources to support gameplay are included.
