v2.8.5: Nested fields clearing bug

This version fixes a bug where all nested child fields would be cleared when the parent for one of them changed.

Fixed:

- The app sometimes showed unexpected invalid fields when editing forms
- In some situations the quick share UI would be shown on forms that were not sent yet
- In some situations email fields didn't allow selecting values from the user's contact list

Changed:

- Fixed links are now supported
- The look of table field rows has been tweaked
