From the very beginning, we have been guided by the idea of ​​improving communication in cities, which at the same time will reduce traffic, relieve traffic jams and reduce the amount of exhaust fumes. We provide rental services for nearly a million users. A dense network of spots allows you to quickly and easily find the equipment you need, and the extensive zone will allow you to get to the selected destination.

HOW TO START A RIDE?

• Download the App

It's very simple and will only take you a moment! Remember to read the regulations carefully. You download the Quick2.0 application, install it on your phone and create a new account.

• Read the terms and conditions

Read the rules to be followed in the HOW IT WORKS tab. Remember about the safety of yourself and others!

• Add a payment card and top up your Quick2.0 wallet

Top up your wallet in the Quick2.0 application. You can do it with a payment card or BLIK.

• Find the scooter and scan the QR code

Launch the Quick2.0 app, search for scooters nearby and check their availability in your location. You scan the QR code on the handlebars with your phone and ... it's ready!

• Ride and enjoy the freedom

Stand on the scooter and push off with your foot from the ground, then press the lever on the right side of the handlebar

HOW TO END THE RIDE?

• Make sure you are in a parking zone (blue zone).

• Find a safe place, preferably a spot marked with the letter P in our application.

• Park the scooter in accordance with applicable UTO regulations.

• Click "Finish Ride" in the app, then take a photo of your properly parked scooter.

• Until the next QUICKtap!

Safety first!

Park responsibly! Leave the scooter parallel to the edge of the pavement. Leave 1.5 m of pavement for pedestrian traffic. Check if the scooter is not blocking the road or passage.
