RD Gurus

RD Guru est une application conçue par des enseignants, pour les enseignants de R D Public School.

RD Guru, will help teachers plan teaching plans, reflect & collaborate on improvement in lesson plans, share best practices, bounce ideas off each other, introspect and improve. The app provisions the teacher with some very useful elements of a teacher’s daily curriculum such as weekly teaching plans, teacher resources, assigning homework, conducting regular test quizzes, conducting revisions and practices, etc.

Planning: The weekly teaching plans on RD Guru are designed specifically to provide teachers an insight into unique pedagogy and lesson delivery. Each lesson plan is provided with instructional design, content, activities, resources, and worksheets.

Opinions: Teachers can, not only write their reflections for each lesson but also rate the lesson plan created by the other teachers and share their observations. Every opinion expressed by them contributes to the growth of the overall organization.

Professional Development: Teachers can develop professionally by subscribing to and undergoing the training provided by their management in the application, anywhere and anytime.

Introspection and Improvement: RDPS Educators can invite their peers to observe their lessons and give constructive and valuable feedback, which would help decrease the paperwork, scanning, and uploading of forms. Instead, all of this can be done with just one click.

Parent Connect: Teachers remain connected with parents by sharing their valuable feedback about their wards, and are able to gauge the learning progress of each and every child in their class.
