Our mission is simple: live life in {r}elevé!

When you join the {r}elevé one fitness and dance studios family, you can rest assured that you’ve made the right choice for your health and wellness. Our classes feature neutral spine, classic, and challenging barre, strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance options for all fitness levels. We will teach you how to leave your daily stressors behind and learn a new, peaceful way of living. All of our instructors are passionate about fitness and are dedicated to helping each of our members achieve their personal goals in mind, body, and spirit while fostering an atmosphere rooted in friendship, community, and fun.

{r}elevé one is also proud to serve as a teacher training hub and place of continuing education for many fitness professionals across the world. Our signature barre n’ pow{h}er, energy n’ pow{h}er, hold n’ pow{h}er, tap n’ pow{h}er, and praise n’ pow{h}er classes are taught in studios nationwide.
