-The row padding theme setting is now drawing properly for list boxes
-Scrolling on the system menu doesn't lock it in place
-Fixed problems related to the Form Auto Size property not drawing correctly
-Forms designed to be larger than the screen now scroll properly
-Fixed the performance issues for locale specific keyboards (Chinese/Japanese/etc)
