-Solved reported error: android.content.res.Resources$NotFoundException: String resource ID #0x7f07001a
Basically, people that have set a language different from english, spanish, italian or french, could not use the NumericBase encoding. Thanks for reporting and sorry for the long waiting.

-Solved problem with links, when one does not have any application to send or visit websites.

-Removed Android maximum version limit of the app
