The run/walk app is designed to help you determine the optimal run/walk speed for you. The main calculator will tell you how many times the run/walk cycle repeats, the distance and time you run and walk and your estimated finishing time.

By changing the times that you run/walk, changing the speed/pace of each part you can affect the finishing time. Is it better to run faster or longer? Which one affects the finishing time the most? Which one are you most capable of? Change the metrics, see the result and try it out!

Once you have decided on your run/walk metrics use the timer to try it out. The timer takes the values you have picked and will count down each run/walk time and repeat. You can choose to have the timer vibrate or beep, or any combination, at the end of each cycle.

Need some extra help with training? The interval timer will help you with the tough but effective interval training. You can change the training values to something you are more comfortable with and take it to the gym or the outdoors!
