Change Salary due dates to Gregorian calendar**.**
Major update with many improvements:
★ improve conversion between calendar systems.
★ support appshorcuts (require Android 7.1.1)
★ improve widget:
- Choice between 2 different layouts.
- Resize widgets.
- Change the font and background colors.
- Show or hide year
- Show or hide Watch.
★ Add a counter for remaining days until salary due date
★ Calculate last salary due date before a particular event
